Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is excited to announce openings in our Manufacturing & Technical department. We’re on the lookout for motivated young individuals who are eager to kickstart their careers with our Packaging Learnership program in Lakeside. If you are selected, you will work under the guidance of our Training Controller.
Purpose of the Position
This learnership aims to support your development in the food and beverage packaging sector. By completing the program, you will earn a National Certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging at NQF Level 3, enhancing your skills and future career opportunities within the beverage manufacturing and fast-moving consumer goods industries.
What You Will Learn
As a learner, you will gain hands-on experience with:
- Bottling processes and industry procedures
- Safety and cleanliness standards
- Quality testing and specifications
- Food handling best practices

Qualifications and Requirements
To be eligible, you need:
- A Grade 12 certificate with Mathematics (not Mathematics Literacy) and Physical Sciences, achieving at least 50%
- Pass in two South African languages with a minimum of 40%
- To have never completed the same qualification or learnership with another company
- South African citizenship
- To be an Employment Equity candidate
- To have been unemployed when applying
- An N5 or N6 qualification would be advantageous
