Your Role:
As a VIP Security Officer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a safe environment for our people and premises. This includes monitoring surveillance, patrolling, and preventing loss or theft. You’ll also report any suspicious activity, ensuring safety at all times.

What You’ll Bring:
- Matric
- PSIRA registration
- 1 year of security experience

What You’ll Do:
Daily Duties:
- Arrive 15 minutes before the branch opens.
- Perform a thorough walk around the premises to ensure everything is secure before the branch opens.
- Be vigilant and alert, ensuring the branch is secure.
- Conduct floor walks, ensuring everything is in order.
- Ensure two-way radios and panic buttons are charged and operational.
- Monitor entry and exit points and scan guests for security.
- Direct foot and vehicle traffic, ensuring a smooth flow.
- Assist with stock delivery, alarm tests, and daily reports by 10:00 AM.
Guest Service:
- Be the first point of contact, greeting guests warmly: “Good day, welcome to Hollywood.”
- Offer friendly, helpful, and courteous service.
- Ensure a guest-centric culture with “service with a smile.”
- When guests leave, say goodbye and invite them back: “Goodbye Sir, please come again.”
Compliance:
- Wear the full Amadoda uniform with name badges.
- Scan all persons entering the premises.
- No bags, weapons, or under-18s are allowed on the premises.
- Handle difficult customers by notifying colleagues and pressing the panic button if necessary.
Code of Conduct:
- Stay alert and professional. No sitting, lounging, or phone use.
- No smoking, alcohol consumption, or casual conversations while on duty.
- Maintain focus and avoid accepting tips from guests.

Other Requirements:
- Report absenteeism 2 hours before your shift.
- Maintain good physical fitness and be prepared to work flexible, rotating shifts.
